Cancellation & Refund Policy

The TCD Paracon & Entertainment Cancellation & Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the "David Merlin - The Paranormalist", the VIP Party to be held on October 27, 2023 and The Warren's Seekers of the Supernatural Phantasma-Con on October 28, 2023.

TCD Paracon & Entertainment, LLC hopes everyone who purchases tickets for "David Merlin - The Paranormalist", the “Warren’s Seekers of the Supernatural Phantasma-Con“ and/or VIP Party will be able to attend. All sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS made once tickets are purchased. If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved: your ticket(s) will be valid for the new date. There will be NO REFUNDS if the event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved.

The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.

In the event TCD Paracon & Entertainment must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, TCD Paracon & Entertainment will refund the cost of ticket sales, less applicable fees. However, TCD Paracon & Entertainment does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
